Organic and biodynamic farming are the cornerstones of Eudald‘s work philosophy.
They aim to create a balance between the natural habitat and all of the flora and fauna which inhabit it. The energy coming from the moon and the earth determine their calendar of work in the vineyard and the cellar.
The natural cavas born on gravy and sandy soils from Xarel-Lo and Macabeo grapes are elaborated without sulphites added. This cava has an elegant and fine bubble, with floral aromas on the nose. In mouth we can find a balanced acidity, with white fruits and toasty bread notes.
