LOSONCI BÁLINT
Mátra, Hungary
8 ha

Bálint Losonci began to make wine in 2003 with a surface of 0.3 hectare planted with 20-year-old olaszrizling, now it’s a  family running organic winery in the beautiful Mátra hills. The wines fermented spontaneously and are unfiltered and unfined. Wines are fermented spontaneously in the vat, then aged in tanks for eight months, unfiltered and unfined. Bálint  spent most of his life in the vineyard, taking care of his vines, so trust us we know that there is no possibility to reach him on the phone, and we are honestly happy about that!
